Why we built this.
Realtors and business owners were closing deals and losing ground on everything else. The follow-up, the paperwork, the coordination, the admin — it wasn't getting done. Or it was, but barely, and always at the wrong time.
We saw that gap up close. Briel came in from the tech side: systems, workflows, the infrastructure that makes a busy operation actually run. Jordana came in from the people side: hiring, operations, making sure the right person is in the right seat.
So we built a2scale to handle what happens behind the deal. Not a contractor you manage. Not a tool you configure. People who show up, know the work, and do it.

Co-Founder
Briel is the person who built a2scale from the inside out: the systems, workflows, and operational infrastructure that keep client accounts running without constant hand-holding. Before a2scale, he spent years building operational infrastructure in financial services and then in VA work for real estate and mortgage operators. He knows what a busy operation actually needs behind the scenes because he's been the one building it.
Jordana Bongalos
Co-Founder
Jordana runs the people side, which means she's the reason the specialist who shows up in your account actually knows what they're doing. Her background is in high-stakes coordination work where putting the wrong person in the wrong role costs money. She brought that standard into a2scale's hiring and vetting process. When she says a specialist is ready to work, she's verified it.
